Big Story Media is launching its in-house production arm and looking for an experienced Gaffer / Lighting Technician to join our freelance crew pool in Dubai.
About The Role
Design and execute lighting for commercial and cinema productions.
We're starting with a zero-downpayment model — clients pay only if they're happy with the final content.
Requirements
- Proven gaffer/lighting experience on commercial and narrative projects
- Strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, DMX control, and power distribution
- Comfortable working with DOP to execute creative lighting briefs
- Grip and rigging experience a plus
- Dubai-based preferred
- What we offer:
- Project-by-project freelance work, around 1-5 productions/month
