Role overview

Ebury is hiring a Client Solution & Product Manager for its maritime FX partnerships business in Dubai.

The role focuses on solving treasury needs for shipping clients and reports to the Global Head of Partnerships.

The position is office based.

What you'll do

  • Discover treasury problems and opportunities in the shipping sector.
  • Solve client problems through technology, analytics, product, and operations.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams.
  • Identify opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth.
  • Define requirements, epics, and user stories with clients and prospective clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis on product offerings, functionality, and pricing.
  • Maintain knowledge of treasury management and legal technology workflows.

What you'll need

  • Experience with FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
  • A background in shipping or cross-border financial services.
  • Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks and fintech treasury management systems.
  • Experience with money market funds, deposit optimisation, or cash pooling.
  • Multiple years of hands-on product-building experience.
  • Experience creating roadmaps, improving established processes, and building services.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems and developing strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible, hands-on approach.
