Role Overview

• The role is office based in Ebury's Dubai office.

What You Will Do

• Discover treasury problems and opportunities in the shipping sector.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and align cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth.
• Define requirements, epics, and user stories with internal teams and clients.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis covering products, functionality, and pricing.
• Develop understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.
• Build in-house services, integrate third-party systems, and improve established processes.

Domain Requirements

• Experience with treasury products including FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
• Proven background in shipping or cross-border financial services.
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks and fintech treasury management systems.
• Experience with cash management products such as money market funds, deposit optimisation, and cash pooling.

Product Management Qualifications

• Multiple years of hands-on product-building experience as a product or operations leader.
• Experience building roadmaps from uncertainty to clarity.
• Experience developing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
• Ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications.
• Analytical problem-solving and clear communication with a wide audience.
