Control Management
Control Managers maintain a strong control environment through business understanding, operational risk assessment, control design and sustainable mitigation solutions.
The Controls Room collects and analyses firmwide risk-based intelligence to support decision-making, automated reporting and visibility into risks and issues.
Quant Modeling team
The Quant Modeling team designs and builds agentic systems that strengthen control monitoring, analytics and decision support.
The team works across agent architecture, workflow orchestration, tool and data integration, and agent reasoning patterns.
Agentic systems delivery
- Design and implement multi-agent systems supporting multi-turn reasoning, tool use and dynamic decision-making.
- Integrate tools and data connections that allow agents to retrieve information, validate data and take action.
- Build orchestration logic for routing, state management and workflow coordination.
- Use LLMs and prompt design to shape agent behavior, reasoning patterns and response quality.
- Lead architecture decisions involving agent decomposition, memory management and multi-agent coordination.
