- Stay ahead of AI trends and assess their relevance to business processes
- Partner with IT and business leaders to define strategies for integrating AI into daily workflows
- Develop roadmaps for future workplace initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Create enablement programs, tutorials, workshops, and organize lunch and learns to help employees maximize AI tools
- Act as a trusted advisor for teams adopting AI driven processes and automation
- Encourage a culture of experimentation and innovation across departments
- Monitor usage, gather feedback to refine AI adoption strategies, and recommend solutions
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 7 years in modern workplace enablement with a strong understanding of digital workplace trends and emerging technologies
- Application savvy across Bluebeam, Autodesk (e.g. AutoCAD/Revit/Inventor/BIM 360), PM tools (e.g. Procore), field applications (e.g., PlanGrid / Fieldwire, 'Plaud'), and Microsoft 365
- Exceptional EQ, active listening, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Role Overview
- As a Future Workplace Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization unlock the full potential of AI across our applications.
- Your mission is to ensure teams understand AI capabilities and use them effectively to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
- You’ll act as a trusted advisor—bridging the gap between technology and business users—through education, guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- This position will be part of IT department and reporting to the Director, Applications.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate AI tools and features across enterprise applications (e.g., Bluebeam, Autodesk, PM tools, field apps, Microsoft 365, OpenAI, industry specific platforms).
- Stay ahead of AI trends and assess their relevance to our business processes.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to define strategies for integrating AI into daily workflows.
- Develop roadmaps for future workplace initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Create enablement programs, tutorials, workshops, and organize lunch and learns to help employees and functions maximize AI tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor for teams adopting AI driven processes and automation.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation and innovation across departments.
- Monitor usage, gather feedback to refine AI adoption strategies, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic goals.
- Use active listening and consultative questioning to uncover needs and opportunities.
What We Are Seeking
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 7 yrs in modern workplace enablement with a strong understanding of digital workplace trends and emerging technologies.
- Application savvy across Bluebeam, Autodesk (e.g. AutoCAD/Revit/Inventor/BIM 360), PM tools (e.g. Procore), field applications (e.g., PlanGrid / Fieldwire, 'Plaud'), and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and integrating AI into workflows will be an asset.
- Exceptional EQ, active listening, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
