Opportunity Overview
David’s Bridal is seeking strong leaders for Store Manager opportunities available now and in the future.
Store Managers build and retain high-performing teams, deliver world-class customer service, and exceed sales plans.
Customer Focus
- Lead and model a customer-first culture across all store roles.
- Assign shifts, review results, and provide feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience.
- Coach and train employees to improve selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
Analysis and Decision Making
- Manage store payroll and monitor timesheets and scheduled hours against the monthly budget.
- Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals.
- Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, out-of-stock items, and merchandise quality.
Performance Management
- Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through team check-ins and check-outs.
- Use customer reviews and mystery shops to monitor performance and create improvement plans.
- Build a staffing pipeline and fill open positions to achieve staffing goals.
