Opportunity Overview
David’s Bridal is seeking strong Store Manager leaders for opportunities available now and those that may arise in the future.
The Store Manager builds and retains a high-performing team, creates a consistent customer service environment, and exceeds sales plans.
Customer Focus
- Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
- Hold the leadership team accountable for active floor management, shift assignments, results reviews, and feedback.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
Analysis and Decision Making
- Manage store payroll and monitor timesheets to ensure payroll does not exceed the monthly budget.
- Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals for front-of-house and alterations operations.
- Monitor inventory management, special orders, receiving, layaway, out-of-stock records, repairs, and merchandise quality.
Performance Management
- Communicate daily sales goals to team members and drive action through performance discussions.
