- We are seeking future candidates for roles including Sales Associates, Sales Leads / Key Holders, and Assistant Store Managers.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Associate: Deliver a memorable, personalized customer experience that reflects the Swatch brand; Share product knowledge with energy and authenticity; Support merchandising, visual standards, and daily store operations; Contribute to a vibrant and inclusive store culture.
- Sales Lead / Key Holder: Lead on the floor to drive sales and elevate the customer experience; Support opening and closing procedures and operational execution; Coach and inspire team members to achieve results; Act as a role model and brand ambassador.
- Assistant Store Manager: Partner with the Store Manager to drive business performance; Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team; Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual execution; Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
