Program overview
The Future Leaders Program is a hands-on, accelerated management development path for recent graduates.
Participants gain experience in supply chain, operations, sales, leadership, strategy, and business management.
The program is designed to prepare participants to lead their own operation as a Profit Centre Manager.
Program phases
- Phase 1 covers warehouse and customer service, including shipping, receiving, inventory, vendor coordination, counter sales, pricing, credit, financial statements, and logistics.
- Phase 2 covers customer relationships and procurement, including complex orders, project support, blueprint reading, and material quotes.
- Phase 3 covers account management and proactive sales, including new business, contract negotiation, key-account growth, and market expansion.
- Phase 4 covers leadership and operations, including team mentoring, strategy, performance goals, profitability, and people management.

- The post-program role includes growing sales, profitability, and market share.
- The role includes hiring, training, coaching, and leading a high-performing team.
- The role includes analyzing financials, managing inventory and assets, and making strategic decisions.
