About the Role
Elfonze Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience. The role involves leading implementations, configuring Order Management modules, and optimizing order-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementations, enhancements, and support engagements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
- Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management modules based on business needs and industry best practices
- Design and optimize Order to Cash (O2C) business processes
- Work closely with cross functional teams including Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Pricing, Receivables, and Supply Chain
- Configure and manage Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Orchestration, Returns Management, and Global Order Promising (GOP)
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Coordinate with technical consultants for integrations, reports, and customizations
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver end user training and provide post go live support
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall Oracle ERP Functional experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects
- In depth understanding of Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Order Orchestration, Inventory Management, Receivables, and Procurement integration
- Strong knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Experience working with business users and senior stakeholders
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/Order Management Certification preferred

- Understanding of REST APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL processes.
- Experience in multi org, global implementations.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East region is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/Order Management Certification is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in cross functional global teams.
- Willingness to travel to or relocate to Dubai.
- Immediate or short notice joiners are preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Pricing and Global Order Promising.
- Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation across multiple industries.
- Knowledge of integrations with CRM, WMS, Logistics, and third party applications.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and release management.
