- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, and website
- Guide clients through furniture collections and bespoke customization options
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding production, delivery, and installation schedules
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Follow up with clients after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
- Build long term relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, and developers
- Support showroom and factory visits by welcoming clients and presenting products professionally
- Achieve individual response time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or construction is an advantage
- CRM experience is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate and customer focused Client Experience Executive to deliver an outstanding experience throughout the customer journey—from the first inquiry to after sales support.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail.
