About the Role
An elite US law firm seeks a Funds/Capital Solutions Associate (2-6 PQE) to join its Abu Dhabi office, advising sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on private capital transactions.

Responsibilities
- Advise sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on strategic investments
- Advise on sponsor side private equity transactions and fund related matters

- Advise on capital solutions transactions and private capital mandates
- Advise on fund structuring and ongoing fund advisory work
- Advise on cross border investments involving regional and international sponsors
Requirements
- 2–6 years' PQE
- Qualification in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
- Strong experience in Funds, Private Equity and Capital Solutions
- Experience advising sovereign wealth funds is highly desirable
- Exposure to co investment structures and related funds matters
- Experience gained at an Elite US or Magic Circle law firm
- Strong technical ability, excellent drafting skills and outstanding academic credentials

The Work
