Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations including medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness assessments
- Interpret laboratory results and advanced diagnostic testing to identify underlying health concerns
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on prevention and lifestyle optimization
- Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality client experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory standards
Requirements
- DHA or DOH license
- Minimum 3 years of functional medicine experience
- Valid GP or Family Medicine license
- Formal affiliation or certification with IFM, A4M, or ILM
- Strong interest in root cause medicine and advanced diagnostics

Who We’re Looking For
- Established DHA/DOH licensed practitioners with minimum 3 years of functional medicine experience.
- Valid GP or Family Medicine license.
- Formal affiliation or certification with IFM, A4M, or ILM.
- Strong interest in root cause medicine, advanced diagnostics, and personalized care.
