Role Overview
Loblaw is seeking a Functional Lead, SAP Platform to support SAP solutions in an Agile environment.
The role covers SAP solution design, configuration, integration, implementation, and day-to-day operational support.
The position collaborates with business stakeholders, technical teams, and technology partners.
Workplace
- The Loblaw hybrid work model requires four days in the office.
- The role is based in Brampton, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional designs, and SAP solution requirements.
- Design, configure, test, and implement scalable SAP Retail solutions.
- Investigate SAP functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
- Communicate project health, gaps, and risks and recommend solutions for timely, on-budget delivery.
- Build effective partnerships across stakeholders, peers, technical teams, and technology partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in IS Retail, SAP MM, or SAP SD, including configuration.
