Tranetech Software Solutions is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant with domain experience in HR, Recruitment, Procurement, and Maintenance to lead client engagement, deliver product demos, and manage requirements for EQUAL ERP implementations.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand organizational processes across HR, Recruitment, Procurement, and Maintenance functions
- Deliver EQUAL ERP product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
- Gather, document, and validate business/software requirements
- Map client business processes to EQUAL module functionalities (HRMS, Maintenance/CAFM, Procurement)
- Liaise with technical/development teams for customization and implementation
- Conduct gap analysis between client needs and standard EQUAL ERP offerings
- Support testing (UAT), client training, and go live activities
- Prepare SRS/BRD documents, workflows, and functional specifications
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of: HR, Recruitment, Procurement, Maintenance/Facility Management modules
- Sound understanding of software requirement gathering methodologies
- Mandatory prior experience in the IT/Software industry
- Strong client facing, communication, and presentation skills
