Compensation

• The salary range is CAD 38.90 to CAD 55.92 per hour.

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned business systems support business strategies, objectives, processes, and practices.
• Resolve functional business systems issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Serve as the primary contact for users in designated business areas across VCH and PHC.
• Act as the expert for designated business system modules and implement process standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot problems, test solutions, and communicate critical functional issues.
• Coordinate with IMIS, corporate departments, and other business areas on technical issues and system dependencies.
• Configure system changes, write queries, and audit systems to maintain data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and system recommendations to analysts and stakeholders.
