Role overview
The Function Head, Finance and Accounting is responsible for financial management, business analysis, and strategic financial planning for Unified Real Estate Development and its subsidiaries.
The role ensures financial feasibility, regulatory compliance, and the organization's long-term financial security.
The incumbent leads the Finance and Accounting team and partners with the CFO and executive leadership on finance, treasury, tax, and reporting matters.
Strategic financial leadership
- Lead Finance and Accounting governance across FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.
- Manage annual business plans, manpower plans, and departmental budgets for Finance.
- Establish team KPIs, drive accountability, and lead governance and performance reporting.
- Drive digital transformation through Yardi, Power BI dashboards, and AI-assisted reporting tools.
Reporting and compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and Saudi GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
