ResponsibilitiesFor our IT center, we are looking for a new, determined and enthusiast colleague who should be responsible for:Responsibilities:Design, develop, test and deploy software solutions for backend systemsEstablish, monitor and maintain automated testingIdentify and troubleshoot issues with the automated testsImprove existing testing automation or design more efficient testingUnderstand the needs of a product to advise on and design testing strategiesCompile and report results in an automated manner and in real timeCreate technical documentationResearch and implement industry advancementsAnalyzing and estimating the automation development effortsProactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve themCoordination of 2+ junior and/or mid team membersProfile requiredRequirements:Technical relevant knowledge, IT studies (graduate);Relevant experience in test automation and software development, 3+ years relevant experience in IT;Design, implement, test, deploy and document backend solutions;Knowledge of programming languages Python and Java;Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver;Knowledge of SO (Windows, Unix);Knowledge of GitLab, TestRail or equivalent tools;Good command of English, both written and spoken;Solution-oriented person, with determination and ability to respect deadlines;Strong analytical skills;Cooperation and team spirit;Excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding of business objectives and risks.DevOps knowledge and skills are a plusWhy join us“We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
