Fulltime Recruitment Contractor

We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team remotely or in Alpharetta, GA, for a 3-6 month engagement.

This role owns full life cycle recruiting from intake through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles quickly without sacrificing quality.

You'll join a high-performing team, running full life cycle recruiting for active requisitions and working hands-on with AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Own full life cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management Conduct structured interviews using an attribute-based evaluation framework Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, calibrate feedback, and drive hiring decisions Manage a full requisition load independently with minimal ramp-up time (15-25 reqs) Use AI tools to streamline workflows, communication, and evaluation Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring manager reporting What We Look For Resourcefulness – you move processes forward without waiting for direction Judgment – you can evaluate candidates and make sound recommendations Speed and urgency – you maintain momentum across roles and candidates Grit – you manage complexity without dropping quality Aptitude – you learn roles, teams, and business needs quickly Drive – you take ownership of outcomes Communication – clear, structured communication with candidates and stakeholders Responsiveness – you stay organized and follow through Qualifications 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment Proven ability to manage a full requisition load with minimal onboarding time Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve recruiting workflows Strong experience with ATS systems (preferably iCIMS) and structured interview processes Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable operating as a contractor with limited ramp time and clear deliverables Nice to Have Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles Experience supporting rapid team scaling or backfill projects Track record of building or improving recruiting processes Who This Is For You can step into a fast-moving environment and contribute immediately You take ownership of the hiring process rather than waiting on direction You evaluate how candidates think, not just what's on their resume You are comfortable making recommendations and decisions You can manage multiple roles, candidates, and stakeholders at once You actively use AI and new tools to improve your work Engagement Details This is a 3-6 month contract with potential to extend depending on sustained requisition volume.
