Peraton is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to work with a small team building an enterprise data analysis application.

The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, experience across multiple programming languages, and a customer-first mindset.

What You'Ll Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
Build modern, high-performance frontend and backend services.
Develop and integrate with REST APIs.
Optimize application performance and data processing.
Implement secure, maintainable, and well-tested software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience; Masters degree with 3 years of experience; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with software engineering principles and process
Ability to design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications
Ability and desire to interact professionally with customer personnel

Data and relationship visualization (D3.js)
API design and third-party API integration
Performance optimization and data processing
Backend architecture
Enterprise security (Zero Trust, PKI, JWT)
DevOps practices (containers, CI/CD, automated testing)
