A core expectation is the ability to collaborate effectively with AI systems—using structured specs and context to guide high-quality implementation.
Experience with identity/auth systems (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
Experience with spec-driven development or structured engineering workflows.
Exposure to accessibility, internationalization, or large-scale consumer systems.
Consistently deliver high-quality, scalable systems with strong ownership.
Use AI to significantly accelerate development without compromising quality.
Contribute to architecture and raise engineering standards across the team.
Improve team productivity through better use of AI and structured workflows.
