To be successful Full Stack Developer you should have experience with:

Should have experience in UI development using React, Angular or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript and responsive web design.
Experience in developing reusable UI components and integrating RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of UI performance optimization, accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic to intermediate experience in Java and understanding of backend integration concepts.

Some other highly valued skills:

Experience with state management libraries and component-based architecture.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices.
Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

This role is based in Pune.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.
