Role overview
Fletchers Solicitors is hiring a Fullstack Engineer for its expanding AI team.
The team rapidly prototypes, iterates, and deploys AI products for Fletchers and the wider legal sector.
The role supports backend systems, web applications, data pipelines, and machine-learning tools from experimentation through production.
Workplace and location
- The role is primarily remote with hybrid collaboration in Manchester or Liverpool.
- The team typically meets in person once or twice per month in Manchester.
- Candidates should be UK-based and able to attend periodic in-person meetings; additional London collaboration may be available.
Main responsibilities
- Own backend services and frontend applications supporting machine-learning product development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Contribute to infrastructure and architecture decisions informed by business and product needs.
- Maintain and build APIs and data-processing pipelines for evolving product requirements.
- Maintain frontend applications and support an excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with product and data-science teams on end-to-end solutions.
- Scope, prioritise, and resolve issues and bugs with internal users and stakeholders.
