This W-2 position offers comprehensive compensation including a $36,000 annual base salary, uncapped commission structure, and full benefits package with projected on-target earnings of $129,000 annually.

• Minimum two years of documented B2C high-ticket sales experience

• Employment stability (maximum three positions within previous five years)

Schedule Parameters: This position operates on a three-week rotating schedule encompassing evenings and weekends, with calendar availability averaging 50 hours weekly.

Actual working hours remain within standard 40-hour parameters.

Structure: Base salary of $36,000 with commission rates of 9.40% (PIM) and 5.29% (NPIM).

Current directors average $98,000-$106,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $129,000.
