Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
- Negotiate offers and close transactions successfully
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
- Prepare and manage contracts and other real estate documentation
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in the Qatar real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market
- Goal driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Must possess a valid Qatar driver's license
- Must own a reliable vehicle for property viewings and client meetings

Job Overview
- Backyard Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
