Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales goals and key metrics including Conversion Rate and Average Order Value.
• Coach team members on KPIs, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
• Execute the Knix selling model through active listening, fitting support, and product recommendations.
• Open and close the store, lead huddles, communicate targets, and support scheduling when needed.
• Ensure compliance with POS, operational workflows, loss prevention, and health and safety protocols.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute launches and promotional setups.
• Oversee shipments, restocking, loss prevention, and accurate stock counts.
• Model Knix values and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• One to two or more years of retail experience.
• Previous keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience is preferred.
• Proven sales target success and understanding of Conversion, AOV, and UPT metrics.
• Strong proficiency in structured retail selling models.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, coaching, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have authorization to work legally in Canada.
• Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods and throughout an entire shift.
• Open and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly Salary

• The hourly salary is 22.70 CAD per hour.
• The role includes base salary and eligibility for a monthly bonus.
