Assist pet owners with reclaiming lost pets.
Answer phones, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
Provide education on responsible pet ownership and available community resources.
Maintain accurate records and process transactions.
Collaborate with Animal Care, Medical, Behavior, and Volunteer teams to support shelter operations.
Assist with special events, promotions, and community outreach efforts.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or emotionally sensitive situations.

Previous animal shelter, veterinary, rescue, or animal welfare experience.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
