Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients.

Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM intiatives.

Manage and drive sales by understandting client desires.

Strives to offer the highest level of customer service and to constantly exceed client expectations.

Client Book development and maintenance.

Suggest new arrivals to clients.

Actively supports the visual merchandising following the VM Specialist guidelines.

Works well in a team environment with energy and enthusiasm.

Completes assigned tasks by the management team.

Selling Ceremony ( develops sales, cross selling, and multiple sales).

Attends sales training activities Qualifications Previous Retail Experience.

Ability to work in a fast phased environment.

Willingness to work in peak hours and weekends.

Passionate about Retail and have a people mindset.

Strong communication skills.
