- Support the structuring and optimization of internal processes
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English (professional/business level required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) with strong data handling skills
- Familiar with Adobe tools (PDF editing, basic design tasks)
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems
- Detail oriented, proactive, and solution driven mindset
- Previous experience in administrative, assistant, or HR roles is a strong advantage
- Based in UAE
- Available full time, on site
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Overview
- A dynamic and growing company is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Administrative & HR Assistant to support the day to day operations across multiple business activities based in Dubai.
- This is a full time, on site position suited for someone comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and managing a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks (emails, scheduling, document organization).
