At Close the Loop, Material Handlers are responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through the safe movement, organization, inspection, and processing of products and materials. This role plays a key part in inventory accuracy, production flow, shipping/receiving activities, and ensuring materials are properly routed for recycling, reuse, resale, or disposal.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Receive, unload, and stage materials
Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
Verify incoming shipments and outgoing inventory against packing slips, and system records
Prepare materials for recycling, redistribution, or shipment
Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored in designated warehouse locations
Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
Remove packaging materials, shrink wrap, pallets, and debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational processes
Communicate material shortages, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies to leadership
Assist other departments and production areas as business needs require
Reliable and ready to work
Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
Forklift certification or recent forklift experience
Basic computer and scanner experience preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
