NQT is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and own features across backend, web portals, and mobile app for a loyalty and rewards platform in Riyadh. The role involves Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB.

- Build and maintain features across the backend (Java, Spring Boot) and the web portals (React, TypeScript)
- Work on core money flows: points, redemption, merchant settlements, and payments
- Design data models and APIs with MongoDB, and help ship through Docker and CI/CD
- Write tested, secure code with a strong focus on financial correctness
- Take part in code reviews, architecture, and product decisions
Requirements
- Solid skills in React and TypeScript
- Java and Spring Boot, or the ability and drive to learn them quickly
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and secure coding
- Good Git, testing, and collaboration habits
- Based in Riyadh or able to work on site

The Role
- We are hiring full stack engineers to build and own features across our backend, web portals, and mobile app.
- This is a high ownership role on a fintech product, so clean, secure, and correct code matters.
What You Will Do
