- Lead the end to end design, development, and deployment of scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications using React and Node.js
- Define and implement system architectures that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements for high volume AI training environments
- Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice enforcement
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless, high quality user experiences aligned with AI training workflows
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
Requirements
- Proficiency in React and JavaScript for developing dynamic, responsive user interfaces in production grade web applications
- Strong expertise in Node.js and either Python or Node.js backend development for building scalable server side systems
- Experience with end to end system architecture design, including API development, database integration, and cloud deployment
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, well documented, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding standards and testing protocols
