As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership across the entire software stack—from intuitive user experiences and scalable backend services to cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. Design and optimize data models, persistence layers, and application integrations.

Partner with DevOps engineers to ensure applications are designed for reliable deployment, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.

Experience working in ATO, RMF, or other regulated software development environments
Experience with NIST 800-53, STIGs, secure software development practices, or software supply-chain security
Experience with OpenTelemetry, observability platforms, or distributed tracing
Possession of excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Secret clearance
