Viasat is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-performance web applications with modern technologies.

In this role, you'll help develop an API-driven, multi-network satellite orchestration platform that delivers real-time situational awareness and command-and-control capabilities for a global fleet of high-value aircraft.

As a member of our team, you'll work on mission-critical solutions that operate at a global scale, helping customers make informed decisions in dynamic environments.

• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers in an Agile, self-organized Scrum team to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Partner with teammates to develop and refine technical designs, applying the right level of structure and detail for the challenge at hand.
• Rapidly iterate on customer-focused features, embracing feedback and adapting to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Serve as a frontend or backend subject matter expert, sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and contributing across the broader technology stack.
• Work closely with UX designers and cross-functional partners to create intuitive, efficient, and engaging user experiences.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve our products, technologies, and development practices, helping the team innovate and grow together.
• 2+ years of experience developing web applications, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies: React, Spring Boot, Python, or Go.
• A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
