Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end products across Backend, Web, Android and/or iOS.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using technologies such as Java / Spring Boot, with experience in distributed systems, microservices and high-concurrency applications.
- Develop modern web applications using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Next.js or Vue.js.
- Contribute to mobile application development on Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
- Design and integrate AI-powered features, AI Agents and LLM-based workflows into production applications.
- Work with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, RAG, tool calling, workflow automation and external API integrations where applicable.
- Own features end-to-end, from requirement understanding and system design to development, testing, deployment and production optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Rapidly learn and work across unfamiliar technology stacks when required.
- Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, system reliability and overall technical quality.
Core Engineering
4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on development experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following areas:
Backend — Java / Spring Boot / distributed systems
Web — React / TypeScript / Next.js / Vue.js
Android — Kotlin
iOS — Swift
Practical experience working across multiple technology layers is highly preferred.
Experience designing and developing production-grade applications, APIs or distributed systems.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, API design, databases, testing and debugging.
