Full Stack Engineer, Vice President

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.
• 12–17 years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering, including significant experience in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of defining and executing technical strategy across multiple engineering teams or platform areas.
• Deep expertise in enterprise-scale application architecture, including backend platforms, frontend ecosystems, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure, multi-cloud strategy, modernization programs, and engineering governance in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and scale engineering standards, architecture guardrails, delivery models, and operating practices.
• Strong understanding of resilience, performance, security, compliance, observability, and operational risk in enterprise production environments.
• Experience leading engineering managers, technical leads, or multi-team engineering organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.
• Experience owning or influencing budget, workforce planning, vendor management, and strategic technology investments.
• Strong judgment in evaluating technology trade-offs and aligning architecture decisions to long-term business and platform needs.
• Exposure to modern application trends such as event-driven systems, API ecosystems, and AI-enabled product capabilities.
