Job Summary
Leads a Laravel and React development team while personally building features end-to-end.
Owns delivery, quality, planning, task assignment, code review, stakeholder status updates, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Build backend, frontend, endpoint, resource, UI, and test components to project standards.
- Own team delivery and quality against requirements.
- Review work before customer review or QA.
- Coordinate task assignment and track team workload.
- Act as the planning and status point of contact for stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and raise quality through coaching.
- Balance development, review, planning, and leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on command of Laravel and React.
- Demonstrated experience leading, reviewing, or mentoring a development team.
- Ability to deliver features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and tests.
- Experience with code reviews and coding standards.
- Comfort owning task planning, assignment, and team communication.
- Excellent technical and cross-functional communication skills.
- Native Arabic is required.
Technical Skills
- Backend technologies include PHP, Laravel, REST APIs, and MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Frontend technologies include React, JavaScript or TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Testing includes PHPUnit, Jest, or equivalent frameworks.
- Leadership skills include code review, task planning, and mentoring.
- Tools include Git, CI/CD, and Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
