About the Role
Plaud is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend for Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives. You will develop scalable web applications, collaborate with product and business teams, and ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement end to end features across frontend and backend to support Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives
- Develop scalable, modular web applications and integrate with business facing service APIs
- Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into high quality technical solutions
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of web applications in production environments
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross team coordination to maintain engineering standards
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
- Solid backend development experience (Go, Java, or similar) with RESTful API integration
- Experience building scalable, modular web applications in production environments
- Understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and maintainable code practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Self starter with high ownership and ability to work in a fast paced environment
