Build an internal operations platform for a 300-plus-school training program spanning four regions.

Surface daily data-closing issues, readiness gaps, and missing sign-offs through automated escalation flags.
Create basic reporting views for management and the client.

Have at least three years of experience building full-stack web applications independently or as the primary engineer through deployment.
Be comfortable selecting and using a fast modern stack such as Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Supabase, or an equivalent.
