Your key responsibilities include

  • Writing production-ready code across the back end and front end-stable, well-tested, and built to last - to ship new features and advance our technical strategy
  • Reviewing code thoughtfully for engineers across the team and beyond
  • Participating in and leading technical discoveries, working through problems collaboratively rather than in isolation
  • Partnering closely with a Product Manager to build a deep understanding of the product
  • Sharing in a company-wide on-call rotation (frequency is flexible)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building production software across the stack
  • Backend experience in Go, or another modern backend language (Python, Java, or similar)
  • Front-end experience writing clean, maintainable code in TypeScript and React
  • Comfortable in working AI-first, with agentic tools as part of everyday craft
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with others
  • An appetite to keep growing — both technically and in your understanding of product and business
