📍 Abu Dhabi (On-site)
Looking for a highly capable Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team and support the development of advanced digital insurance solutions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js & MongoDB (MERN Stack)
- Experience building scalable ERP, CRM & customer-facing platforms
- Strong hands-on experience in APIs, integrations & automation workflows
- AI-savvy with exposure to AI tools, agents, prompts & AI integrations
- Insurance industry experience is mandatory
- Strong project management and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end independently
- Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
