The company is beginning with home healthcare by connecting patients and families with licensed healthcare providers through a digital platform.
Role Overview
Join the early team and take ownership of building and improving the ATF healthcare platform.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar.
The role spans frontend, backend, databases, APIs, UI/UX, product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ATF mobile application and web interfaces.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database architecture.
- Integrate payments, OTP/SMS, notifications, maps/GPS, and other third-party APIs.
- Contribute to UI/UX design and build secure, scalable, maintainable software.
- Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions with the founder and team.
- Test, debug, optimize, and continuously improve the platform.
- Manage deployments, version control, and technical documentation.
- Help establish good engineering practices as the technology team grows.
Required Experience and Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience; startup experience is a strong plus.
- Strong full-stack development skills across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience developing mobile applications with React Native, Flutter, or a similar technology.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, Python, or similar.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication, third-party integrations, and databases.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or a similar database system.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles; Figma experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of application security, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move quickly in an early-stage startup.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Health-tech or regulated-industry experience is a plus but is not required.
