Role Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality code, optimizing performance, and solving complex technical challenges to develop robust software solutions,

to design, build, and scale our fintech and crypto platform.

You will work across both frontend and backend systems, delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

The

candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering innovative payment and fintech solutions for a global audience.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in frontend frameworks (React / Next.js)
  • Solid backend development experience (Node.js / Python / Java)
  • Experience with REST APIs and database design (SQL / NoSQL)
  • Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications (frontend + backend)
  • Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices
  • Develop user-facing features with modern frontend frameworks
  • Implement backend logic for payments, wallet systems, and transaction flows
  • Integrate third-party services such as KYC providers and payment gateways
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Fintech / Crypto platforms
  • Knowledge of wallet integrations (custodial/non-custodial)
  • Familiarity with KYC integrations (e.g., Sumsub)
  • Experience with payment systems and card issuance (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Understanding of blockchain basics and transaction flows
