Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience across the full digital marketing cycle.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in content creation, social media advertising, and marketing automation, with the ability to independently manage campaigns, optimize performance, and support business growth through data-driven digital strategies.
The candidate must have practical experience and proven capabilities in executing end-to-end digital marketing activities across multiple platforms and tools.
Content Creation & Digital Communication
- Create engaging and high-quality digital content for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop content calendars and align communication with brand objectives.
- Coordinate visual and written content tailored for different target audiences.
- Work closely with design and media teams to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.
Social Media Advertising
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and other KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
Marketing Automation & Crm
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
- Integrate lead generation forms, CRM systems, WhatsApp, email marketing tools, and automation platforms.
- Execute automated nurturing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies.
- Work on tools such as:
- n8n
- Zapier
- HubSpot
- Mailchimp
- ActiveCampaign
- or similar platforms
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Content creation
- Social media ads
- Marketing automation
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance marketing.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI-powered marketing tools.
- Knowledge in lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM integrations and automation ecosystems.
- Basic understanding of landing pages and web management
- Fluent in Arabic is a must / preferred Saudi Dialects
