- Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases for quality assurance.

- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.

Major Functions
- Responsible for development, architecture, and implementation of front end and back end processes, data analysis, and reporting.
- Bridge the gap between application development and data driven decision making.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to application development and data analytics.
- Provide support for production issues and ensure timely problem resolution.
- Provide assistance, support, and training to end users on all applications.
