Full-Stack Developer (React, .NET, Azure, SharePoint & Data)-BK

Position Overview

AI-First Development

• Apply AI-first engineering across requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, modernization, deployment, and support.
• Build AI-native software using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, conversational bots, prompt engineering, APIs, SDKs, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Design MCP integrations for secure interaction with applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, development tools, and enterprise systems.
• Apply grounding, authentication, authorization, guardrails, observability, evaluation, data protection, and Responsible AI practices.

Full-Stack, Cloud and SharePoint

• Design responsive React front ends using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, reusable components, state management, routing, authentication, and REST APIs.
• Develop backend services using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, C#, and .NET 8/9.
• Integrate React, .NET APIs, Azure services, SharePoint, databases, enterprise APIs, and AI or LLM services.
• Develop Azure Functions, App Services, and SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, CSOM, and PnP JS.

Data Engineering and Analytics

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Support large-scale data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and bulk transfers.
• Manage secure Snowflake environments, including key pair authentication and bulk data transfers.
• Protect secrets and credentials using Azure Key Vault and maintain data integrity and security.

Collaboration and DevOps

• Manage the full SDLC using Jira for Agile planning and GitHub for source control, pull requests, reviews, releases, and CI/CD.
• Maintain quality through automated testing, documentation, secure development, deployment automation, logging, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, DevOps, cloud, security, data, business, and support teams through production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Five to ten years of hands-on enterprise full-stack development experience with demonstrated AI-first development exposure.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and .NET 8/9.
• Practical exposure to Claude AI or Claude Code, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, bots, MCP, tool or function calling, and multi-agent approaches.
• Practical experience with Azure services, SharePoint Online technologies, SQL, Snowflake, enterprise data migration, Agile/Scrum, Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and production support.

Schedule and Engagement

• The role references Bangalore or Chennai and work from office or hybrid arrangements as applicable.
• Work timing is stated as IST hours.
