Full Stack Developer – React · FastAPI · AWS (3–5 Years)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications.
• Use React for front-end development and FastAPI for backend architecture.
• Deploy and host applications using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, debug issues, and optimize system performance.
• Ensure application scalability and security while applying software best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and deliver software aligned with client and organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid Python and FastAPI or similar asynchronous framework experience.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL experience with schema design, queries, and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment workflows.
• Comfort using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Strong REST API design knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend web development, software development, front-end development, and full-stack service integration.
• Strong CSS and responsive design knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and commitment to learning current technologies.
• Git experience is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
