Role overview
The company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong financial markets background.
The developer will work on a back-office application connected to liquidity providers through the MT5 Manager API.
The role collaborates with Dealing, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Application development
- Develop and maintain the back-office application with C#/.NET and React.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and real-time services.
- Enhance the internal portal, resolve bugs, and support production troubleshooting.
- Contribute to platform scalability and technical development.
Trading integrations and operations
- Extend MT5 Manager API integrations for account management, trade monitoring, reporting, and risk feeds.
- Translate requirements from Dealing, Risk, and Operations into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, releases, and live production support.
Data and performance
- Develop and optimize databases, queries, reporting, and system performance.
Core qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
- Strong React, TypeScript, SQL Server or PostgreSQL, REST API, authentication, JWT, and OAuth experience.
- Professional experience in an FX or CFD brokerage, liquidity provider, or trading technology company is mandatory.
Financial markets knowledge
- Understanding of bid/ask, spreads, margin, swaps, commissions, P&L, A/B Book, STP/ECN, liquidity, and trade execution is required.
- Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager or Admin API is highly preferred.
- Exposure to liquidity bridges, FIX protocol, regulated brokerage environments, or multi-entity broker setups is preferred or advantageous.
Additional technical skills
- Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English and effective production troubleshooting skills are required.
- The role supports live, production trading-related systems.
