- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support hotel operations, reservations, and guest engagement
- Build user facing interfaces and implement server side logic and APIs

- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with product and operations teams
- Contribute to documentation and code reviews
Requirements
- Strong Front End Development skills including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Solid Back End Web Development skills including server side programming, API design, and database integration
- Full Stack Development and general Software Development skills with experience building and deploying end to end web applications
- Skills in version control tools (such as Git) and familiarity with modern frameworks or libraries (such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar)
- Experience working in agile environments, strong problem solving and debugging abilities, and clear communication skills

Role Description
- This part time hybrid Full Stack Developer role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work at hotel partners and remote work from home.
- The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support hotel operations, reservations, and guest engagement.
Responsibilities
- Building user facing interfaces, implementing server side logic and APIs, integrating third party services, and ensuring responsive, accessible front end experiences.
- Troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, collaborating with product and operations teams, and contributing to documentation and code reviews.
- Working closely with non technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions suitable for the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
- Strong Front End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Solid Back End Web Development skills, including server side programming, API design, and database integration.
- Full Stack Development and general Software Development skills, with experience building and deploying end to end web applications.
- Skills in version control tools (such as Git) and familiarity with modern frameworks or libraries (such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar).
- Experience working in agile environments, strong problem solving and debugging abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or e commerce platforms, and an understanding of security best practices for customer facing applications, is an advantage.
