- Back End Web Development skills including server side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python), RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Skills in version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD practices
- Strong problem solving abilities and clear communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- This is a full time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer based in Dubai, with a mix of on site and work from home flexibility.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and internal tools that support campaign management, data analytics, and client facing platforms.
- Develop front end interfaces, implement back end services and APIs, integrate third party systems, and optimize application performance and security.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the technology stack.
- Contribute to technical documentation and help ensure high reliability and maintainability across the entire application lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production ready web applications.
- Front End Development skills including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
- Back End Web Development skills including server side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Skills in version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem solving abilities, clear communication skills, and capacity to work effectively in a cross functional, hybrid environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), security best practices, and data heavy or marketing technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
